Happy Fall to All!

What’s been happening at Safe Harbor of Chester County? Lots of things!

With the increase in vaccination opportunities available to staff and residents, we began offering more men and women emergency shelter and case management services as compared to where we were even six months ago!
We have welcomed back volunteers to once again serve meals to our residents and will shortly return to offering both educational and fun activities during evening hours. We have missed you!
We unveiled our new Selfie Wall, located on the parking lot side of the building. Come on by, snap a picture and make a donation!
We held our 1st “Golftoberfest” at Downingtown Country Club, where 72 golfers enjoyed a fun combination of golf and Octoberfest festivities. Thank you to our sponsors, our players and our volunteers who made it a success!
We launched our new website www.safeharborofcc.org and began making much needed capital improvements within the shelter facility (but we have a long way to go!). If you are able, please consider these projects when evaluating your annual charitable contributions.

National Hunger & Homeless Awareness Week is November 12-20.
Our final tribute to the West Chester Santa Band is happening on Thursday, December 22nd!
